History


Focus Marketing was founded in 2002 as Market Research Institute by a professional team with a long and solid experience in the field.

Since January 22, 2017, Focus Marketing has made a merger with MG Research, which today is an operating branch.

Focus Marketing is an ESOMAR Institute (it complies with its code of conduct), and is certified UNI EN ISO 9001 Vision 2008.

In addition to leading projects for national clients, Focus Marketing can boast extensive experience in managing complex projects that take the configuration of network research with other international partners: university departments, national and international organizations to research, and development agencies.

The organizational model of Focus Marketing presents itself as an extremely dynamic and flexible, organized for projects and oriented towards problem-solving. The company, therefore, provides their customers with a solid system of tailor made solutions defined to achieve its objectives.

Focus Marketing has a national qualitative and quantitative field, an internal call center, facilities for focus groups and interviews in central location in the main Italian cities, a CAPI CATI CAWI system designed and built in-house..
