OBJECTIVE OF INTERNATIONALIZATION PROJECT:
Focus Marketing is an innovative Start up that has created innovative solutions for marketing research, based on new technologies, on development of product and process concepts through new methodologies, all for automotive market.
The institute has received a co-financing for the internationalization project “PISTA, dal POR Fesr Campania 2014-2020 – Asse III, Azione 3.4.2” created to extend his portfolio costumer in automotive market.
The automotive sector is characterized by continuous changes and big discontinuity, therefor the role of market research is becoming fundamental gradually, so it must be focused on the costumer driven choice, on the insight of actual sector, on future costumer needs, and on specific development area: new concepts, product design, empowerment of consumer perception and brand experience, track of after-sale quality support.
The institute developed following points for this project:
- A specific marketing plan for automotive sector
- Communication actions focused on the target
- Scouting potential partnership/consumers for French and German market
- Partecipation in trade fairs to strengthen the position in the sector
- Incoming of operators from Germany and France: this is an important moment to meet others, exploring new issues and new technologies for working
The actions for the project made clear, direct and effective the picture and the activities for the international market, taking Focus Marketing to position itself in these countries like reference research market institute for the Italian automotive sector.
With the support of expert consultants in international management, Focus Marketing has changed his internal structure to becoming a new international research centre, able to manage orders from abroad in an agile manner, responding to a precise strategy to enter the French and German market.
With the financial contribution, Focus Marketing enjoined in important trade fairs in Germany and France: on 23 and 24 October 2019 at the Research&Results event, the most important meeting of research institutes, which takes place in Germany, and at the Printemps des Etudes trade fair on 23 and 24 days – September 2021.
