Concept Test
Test during which the “product concepts” are assessed by potential users in order to gather suggestions and ideas for improving the concept and a very first evaluation of the possible degree of acceptance of the product on the market. Therefore, in the case of the concept test, the product does not yet exist, or is as yet unusable, so the product idea is presented, usually in graphic format with a brief description, on a concept board. Therefore, the concept test provides a brief description of how the product will satisfy the needs of customers (initial product idea from the customer’s viewpoint).
